1.蒜薹也可以不加,做出的肉卤一样好吃。
2.猪肉用五花肉更好吃。
3.因为加入了豆瓣酱,盐的量要控制好。
4.豆浆也可以自己做,我家楼下有卖的,1L两块钱,内酯也是当时赠送的,一般到卖添加剂的地方都可以买的到。
5.上面的食材做的是两人份,吃的很撑。
