  (百度)做阳春面最重要的就是炸葱油,紫皮洋葱的味道比较香,炸出的葱油味道非常浓郁,而炸成金黄色的洋葱酥同样也非常美味,下酒、拌凉菜时加入,做炒饭、煲仔饭等等时放入一嘬,味道瞬间就变得很特别了!

  另外,做阳春面用猪油也是很关键的一点,一定要用猪油才能确保葱油、面条的香味。阳春面清汤白面看似无味,实际上精华都在葱油里,所以要想做好一碗阳春面,葱油的步骤不能马虎!
