色香味还不错啊!但感觉不是纯东北做法,用的肉太瘦了,带点肥的肉会更好,东北酸菜很“吃油”,多一点油会更好一些,而酸菜的清爽又能抵消肥肉的油腻,带点肥肉或者荤油来炒味道会更好、更润!如果能加点粉条就更好了!!
